Also the is a forum specifically for Wholesaling which you can get to by clicking the forums tab and selecting "All Forums" There are some very good "Sticky Posts" at the top of the wholesaling forum. 

EPA is much more "sticky" than the other areas you mentioned- as you move further from Silicon Valley/The City (Dublin, Livermore, Lathrop, Stockton, etc) areas are seeing massive amounts of new builds and are very dependent on a few large employers/industries.

I would only recommend you do the same too because no matter what a sticky situation can come from the most unexpected moments. 

If they don't perform, that's where it gets sticky.

I would think the LL brand would be better since it sticks to the whole floor and not just to each other; it has more sticky contact area.
