Your hard copy" competitors are giving a valuation range but sometimes that is $100,000 difference between the high and low selling price which doesn't give much useful information. 

In this market, I'd prefer to remain as liquid as possible, in the event a good deal comes along and I can buy it cash to beat out competitors.
