On a more serious note if you've already let the both of them know that you don't appreciate them getting into a public, verbal exchange like they did and that you expect them to act like adults then I'd say sit back.

@@Jon Holdman I think it's a little crazy since this window is rather high up and there is no way an adult could ever fit through the raised window, but my PM says it's a fire hazard and all windows have to operate.
