Hi @Ryan Dunn - the easiest is just to ask a few brokers that are active in the area, you can also simply attend a local real estate investors meetup (a lot of them are free or very inexpensive) and let folks know you're looking to offload your inventory. 

If 'zero activity' continues for another week, I'll need to scramble for more places to list.

But as a previous post mentioned if you have some flexibility in your profession (time) and the personality to engage with tenants daily then it is truly possible to run things remotely when you go abroad.

I am very well insured and I have no problem with providing my management company with whatever proof of insurance they require.I am very pro-active about my insurance coverage on my sfh's and I am always watching out for any liability issues. 

There is a FB group for Connecticut real estate investors and I believe they are folks who are active members of CTREIA. 

The article predicts in 2025 the real estate market will become more active by lowering interest rates.
