I'm in a fairly small city about 45 minutes outside of Savannah (Hinesville by Fort Stewart), so the cleaning companies in Savannah haven't wanted to make the trip to clean my rental.

Are you sure they mean grounding throughout the house, or did they just want a ground rod at the service panel, and the usual accompaniments (grounding water supply, grounding bond across water meter, grounding bond across water heater, etc)?

@Rod Menocal I am a Realtor who is looking into my first investment property in NWA.One thing that I can tell you right up front is that it is very hard to find properties where the numbers make sense currently.

Cheapest but most impractical- You could try adding a sprayer, curtain rod, and tile surround to the existing set up, but then you'd just end up with a bunch of water on the tub deck which would then flow off on to the bathroom floor.
