Streamline focuses on large VCMs, such as 50+ units, not the boutique short-term rental manager/investor. 

4+ unit habitational homes are getting much harder to insure. 

This project is still in the "funding" phase of the syndication but has been secured by us.We also closed on another equity project for a 112 unit building not too far away.

I think either is fine but if you have a high occupant unit I would go larger.
