I know this because I property manage a luxury vacation rental in Tuscany and my family has or had RE in Mallorca/Spain.This doesn't mean Europe is off limits, it just means you need a very longterm REI strategy, and best to combine it with US and other RE investments if you want to make any returns here.A whole nother discussion could be about the incredible stability this continent has had for decades compared to the rest of the world including the US.Starting with you guys, I'd like to set up a European Bigger Pockets Master Mind group.

We have a weekly Mastermind call where we can ask questions about things we are needing help with and there is always a topic being taught.

Matt, I live in Cedar Rapids and host a monthly REI mastermind at the Cedar Rapids Public Library! 

I don't do it, but I have someone in a high-level mastermind with me who has been using it effectively for off-market acquisition for more than five years.

Join your local real estate investor association "RIA" and once you've dialed in on a specific asset class I recommend you join a mastermind or get some coaching. 

With that I have already paid for courses such as a BP Bootcamp, mastermind groups and conferences, and plan to buy tools to support the business (computer, a monthly app for CRM/skip tracing and Google Voice number).

For those of us who have found mentors/coaching/masterminds to make us WAY more money than they cost us, what are you SPECIFICALLY most wanting to gain from these programs?  

I am curious to know if there would be interest in forming a small 4-6 masterminds type group in Manchester.
