My question on this post is how to determine what I should list this place for either as an Adult Care Living Facility or a Group Home.

When I look at their apps, I have seen some with the following type of set up:"Each adult must apply and pay a separate application fee" and then later in the app it says each applicant must submit the $50 app fee or $75 for a married couple.So, if 2 unmarried adults wanted to apply, they'd have to pay a total of $100, but a married couple would only pay $75.

All adult occupants must complete the application and screening process"If they continue to refuse just move on, they obviously have something to hide.

Your kids can still get loans...they'll just be less subsidized, and with higher interest rates, than truly "poor" kids / adults.  

You are saying one thing but the actual cash partner might be saying something else when the time comes to plop the cash down.You want to hear it from the horse's mouth so to speak.I don't do residential but this is almost like an adult son or daughter wanting to buy a house to live in.
