The total would’ve exceeded $750 had it all been performed on the same date.

Some people are successful in this price point but almost always by being local and self managing like a hawk.

I also looked at the old posts and google and haven't had any success with this topic. 

She had too many belongings and it is really hard to quantify clutter much less cleanliness.This to say that one deep cleaning may help get them on track, on-going visits may be successful, or you may need different tenants because a lot of people don't know how to clean.

Of course each level grants you access to different things, I'm just wondering if anyone has tried it and if so, was it successful in helping you find funding? 

This is a great strategy and our former primaries have become the best performing rentals in our portfolio.

I need the asset to perform 365 days of the year, so I am exploring medium term- 1 month medium stays.
