All the major capex were completed already.I think as long as you get some cash flow and there is not any immediate capex on the horizon, it could be a good investment

Market crash is NOT, N - O - T happening, not on horizon, not in forecast, not in mathematical realm of potential UNLESS you can kill off 32+ million Americans tomorrow or get Harry Potter to wizard up 4/5million new units tomorrow. 

So much so that people invested in this are see this as a hinderance stable price and increases are on the horizon.
