And that's still after pulling out 25k last year.I'm saying that because as I become reacquainted with the site and read of $100 - $200 cash flows per month that seems terribly low for the risk and exposure in this game.10 years ago I listened in awe as people spoke of their 10 or 15 "rental properties."

This is truly inspirational.

It's what I listen to on the treadmill, long rides, and anytime I need inspiration and knowledge about this vast new world, which is almost daily.
