I am thinking foreclosures in a market out of state in large university towns.

Background: The house is located in Brookhaven, PA and is a 4 br/2 ba rancher on a dead-end street approximately 1 mile from Widener University and 25 minutes to Philadelphia.

But I didn't have safe spaces at my university either.

I graduated from East Tennessee State University with a degree in business management and am currently employed and working as the third generation of a family business that my grandfather started in the 1960s.

I am 22 years old and just graduated from university last week.
