if the other party Is paying and she is going to fork over her deposit seems like a fair trade to me.

I love it & wouldn't trade this career for anything.

That is the trade off with getting infinite CCR.

The plan would be after doing this one, I would meet some trades etc and start to do some flips.  

I can discuss and negotiate more in 15 minutes with the decision maker/owner than two agents trading stories about each others children and then trying to figure out how to meet in the middle without pissing each other off or their clients.

Might be helpful if you listed a skillset or skillsets you have that could be applied to the trade...
