The asterisk this go around is that there (or should I say their) is 'stubborn,' 'sticky' or 'persistent,' inflation.

Now, the HOA itself can be burdensome depending on how many Karens or Kevins are on the board, how sticky the rules are, and how much they are enforced. 

I have a sticky note with a list of my properties and every month I go to my bank account and check which tenant paid and which did not.I use the same sticky note with the list of my properties when I pay mortgages, I just go from the top to bottom and pay mortgages.When a repair is needed I usually  have another sticky note that I keep on my night stand and on my days off I call a handyman and schedule.Seems that a lot of people have a folder per property.How does it work?

I can see how this would be a sticky subject for appraisers.

The CEG seems to not clean up as well either and you can end up with a sticky mess.

So I am a real estate broker and I typically don't use buyer brokerage agreement, although, I do see why people use them - Although it could get sticky with providing procuring cause, etc.
