Remember years ago when they screamed because Warren Buffet paid less taxes than his secretary?

Then I hear the person that was sleeping in the living room screaming and swearing, "WTF are you doing in my house, get the F**k out, I will shoot you!".

I’ve been looking and haven’t found one that doesn’t scream mlm.

I'm paraphrasing a bit but, the fact that it went from tour to sales pitch and the sales tactics, screams scam to me.

It's good for flips, BRRRRs, or a place holder if you find a screaming deal that you can't pass up until you get a big bonus or increase in income; however, it's not ideal as a down payment or purchase on a standard buy and hold.

This tenant had previously always complained about screaming arguments outside. 

We feel like screaming.  

The 1918 plywood interior screams outdated and I imagine would require some cap-ex.

Remember to always keep your cool, because the tenant is going to kick, scream, cry & jump up and down.

The unemployment benefits can’t last forever and this whole situation screams bad news.
