But since this is off the beaten track, it is not straightforward finding alternative brokers or agents to help.So if you are a broker or agent that has some experience with this, or know of one, I am interested in discussing, or in getting a lead/some contact details.

Now, you have an appreciated first rental that’s hopefully generating cash flow, and a multi unit that provides a roof over your head and 1-3 units paying down your mortgage while all units continue to appreciate.

Multifamily, storage units, and commercial properties are all solid ways to generate long-term income and cash flow.

Unfortunately local politics often lead to policy considerations that are intended to drum up voter base appeasement as opposed to doing what's best for the municipality/city. 

There is a road leading to 4 ranch properties and ours is the 2nd property from the main gate.

Which then leads to the fed keeping rates artificially higher than they should be.
