I posted my vacancy in RadPad. 1) when I do a search as a tenant by zip code, RadPad brings up listing that are even close to my zip code and I don't see mine.2) prospects have said the listing shows the location incorrectly on the map3) when doing a search, why can't I scroll and view all results?

Either you don't fully understand the cost of properly cleaning up such a mess or are willing to take shortcuts to do it without necessary permits and government oversight....likely incorrectly and thus cause further ground contamination.Good luck

I've used Buildium for 5 years now - LOVE it - you can track all the mortgages separately, escrow, principal paydown etc, the accounts the mortgage payments are drawn out of etc.You can also generate cash flow reports separate from an NOI report....and maybe I failed Finance 101 - how would your NOI be incorrect if you are accounting for taxes and insurance?
