wait till Tuesday is over if the house is not sold on Wednesday then contact the owner and go direct with a back up offer. .back up offers are common in the industry ,.. if this guy cant close you move him aside and you close the deal.. happens every day..

Some guys need that level of daily supervision.You can have work done good, cheap and fast - buy you only can pick two.Problem for many OOS investors is that they are not on the job every day, or every other day, and expect someone for a very low hourly rate to not only manage themselves, but manage the project.
