I'm very sensitive to heat and humidity so I'm not really considering the Southeast.

But it is still a sensitive subject with most of them.

I went to that link Brian gave.......I'm probably more sensitive to marketing hype than most, but when an originators suggests selling your property at a higher price, I get nervous. 

Do I have the right to ask more questions if I'm having trouble deciphering information that the applicant provided - what if that information is sensitive?

@Joe Splitrock thank you, you make a lot of great points and agree that I need to do a better job setting reasonable expectations because her sensitivity to activity on the property is much greater than mine.

These newer systems are more common in areas with sensitive wetlands.  

More that different lenders have different sensitivities to the highest rates they think they can sell on the secondary market.
