Check to see if the HOA can fine unit owners for noise complaints, littering, damage to common areas, nuisance complaints, etc.When renting to any college student there is sure to be:- Wild parties that get out of control- Blaring music- People coming and going at all hours of the night- Screaming & fighting- Someone puking outside from time to timeCount on receiving some sort of complaints from other unit owners or renters who are not students themselves.

I do like not dealing with as many maintenance issues, Lanscaping, snow plowing and so on - but I also don’t want to be screamed at for touching up paint on the trim of an exterior door with a shade of white that was  not apparently  board approved.

So as far as buying is concerned, I'll wait for clearer signals (or a screaming deal). 

They'll scream for a while and then hang up on you.

How can it be possible that the ROI is this bloody low!!??

I would stay an hour late past closing by myself to fix other lazy coworkers messes and straighten up and put tires away and clean up, then show up two minutes late the next day and get screamed at for it even after pointing out all the help I did the night before.

That on its own will require a professional conversation without screaming and yelling.

What economies are screaming and don’t have enough houses?  

Yes I know not the screaming deal everyone searches for, but for us it was an easy start, no work needed.

What is funny is everyone is making Airbnb richer by doing that LOL and that bloody company have zero investment on you!
