In process of building a network of real estate scouts for franchises.

Has anyone used Neighborhood Scout?

I'm in the process of scouting my next deal and in order to do my due diligence, I'd like to get bids from at least 3 General Contractors.

Hi real estate savvy,Recently, I am scouting to buy a small property around metro Detroit area and I found a property at River Rouge.

Unfortunately, I didn't get to go with them this time since I was at scout camp.  

If you are looking for appreciation, I would be scouting out the northern suburbs, but you're not going to find cash flow there.

I'm a husband, father of 3 (one boy, 7, and two girls, 4 and 2.5 months), part-time assistant Little League coach, and part-time Cub Scout helper.  

I started scouting properties without owning a car, I walked a targeted neighborhood distributing self made "We Buy Houses" flyers door-to-door.

I think they loved that .. passive totally.. we do all the work scouting and finding the deals.. they collect the cash flow.. and no cash calls. ( as long as note did not default LOL ) which is rare but does happen ..

Unfortunately, I don't have a means to scout out potential properties without flying to Florida myself.
