What are our options and what should we expect if we structure our llc prior to looking into lending options?

What about keeping it way it is and hiring a PM.I would either option A or option C and lean toward option C, while take tax hit etc. and others its done and do not need the mental strain

They have an option for a smaller flat fee with per-transaction fees, and then they have a slightly larger flat fee with unlimited transactions. 

It's a good time to start exploring your loan options and setting yourself up to search alerts so that you can become familiar with the area, and start running the numbers :) it's a little harder to cash flow in the north side, but the appreciation is quite significant. 

Still in the process of figuring out which one is the best option.

Call options for Sept 21 are at $120k I think.
