My husband and I live in Redding and can refer to you a great agent who sells larger apartment complexes.

Guests have more choices due to this over saturation so it’s harder for Hosts to stand out.  

I started with a duplex and moved up to larger units from there. 

While this wouldn't be my number one choice of locations, all I care about is making money. 

But I don't have a choice - I have to replace them... you can't not have AC in Florida!  

The Pocono region is a fantastic choice for an STR due to its appeal to tourists throughout the year. 

My first rationale is the smaller homes will attract the type of tenet I’d prefer compared to the larger home I currently own which would be larger families.

That said, I have an 18-unit that would be a great addition but I'd like to bridge it until the larger refinance and then include it as part of said refinance.  

I'm looking to buy a home now but larger banks such as NFCU seem to want tax returns that show lower DTI numbers, which is causing me issues as the accountant provided substantial writeoffs on my returns.
