I started driving for dollars everyday in Maryland, and noticed some of the things these GURUs talk about, and started taking notes on what investors look for.

Getting more comfortable everyday analyzing deals, but no, nothing too promising yet.  

After a few months of listening to the BP podcast and learning about house hacking on my own, I have finally decided to introduce myself.I am currently working in the medical office field, and I find myself having to work everyday instead of wanting to work.

I'm experienced in the area but have always sold them to normal everyday buyers.

This is a pretty good place to reach out to me since I am here just about everyday. 

I talk REI with "newer" investors every day and even see veterans trying to force things to work out. 

Every day I showed up at the property angry with the guy that sold me the property or the agent or myself or the tenants.

Keeping your everyday money in there as long as possible to push the principle down daily.

Also, my husband and I have never seen a mouse at the property during the last year of renovations (and we were there almost every day of the week for 11 months).

I take every day as a learning experience, and grown from it.
