Yes thats - 200-300 pages of financials, letters of reference, pictures of (or interview with) your dog, letters from your employer, bank and current landlord and $500-$2500 in BS fees that you never get back even if they deny you the apartment.  

It would obviously be easier to just deny it and move on, but something tells me it may end up more painful that way.

I just wish she would have come to me (but I know she may have tried this with other landlords and have been denied - so she doesn't ask anymore). 

When we started this he actually stated verbally the money would stay with the house if one of us left but he is now denying that.

Rezoning applications cost $7k in London, even if you are denied.

If there is a fire, and you have done this yourself, and there are codes that you didn't follow, you can have the claim denied, and if people are hurt, you can be found negligent. 

That is something no one can deny.

I would write in a clause to protect your earnest money in the event you get denied on the assumption.

The servicer is aware of all of this, but since I continued in the load modification "process",  AND they have not approved or denied the modification, we just carry on.Yes, it's unbelievable -  all I wanted was a loan modification.
