It is not the so called Maryland contract - the skinny contract I have will work anywhere in the country - the magic of this offer is in the negotiations - the control and the character of your personalty as well as you honesty - the winning of respect from sellers and the use of creative formulas - system to make offers daily - weekly or when ever the inspiration demands action. 

This way, you have yourself covered, and they are inspired to follow through with their word.Don't give up!

etc, etc.....The BiggerPockets community has been helpful and inspiring for me as I transitioned completely into RE.  

I've not yet been in business long enough to test this, but I feel that contractors could bring much more efficiency to the table as they are compensated in a manner that inspires innovation.

All came out OK since the rules were being followed.Basically, the tax code is an honor code, and the fear of audit is there to inspire us all to adhere to the code.  

For right now I follow justinkan who is more into investing in tech startups but he's been really inspirational to me.

Reading posts, stories, books, and listening to podcasts are all inspiring.

Going to this thing got me out of my comfort zone and inspired me to take a closer look at this space and reaffirm my commitment to my education as an investor.

I love the "shock and awe" titles or snippets in posts that scare someone into using their services.
