A yes/ no second column so it will be easy to mark if the repair is needed for the property you are examining.

Stone back to visit and inspect the work site and that she can come with a skilled, experienced business attorney, construction engineer, and forensic accountant of her choosing so they can take as much time as they need to examine all the books, inventory, sites, equipment, employment records, etc., and investigate all of the claims made by the folks who are pitching this investment opportunity.
