What strategies are you considering to improve your flipping process?

The only downsides I’ll gripe about is the time it takesto get used to the move in process of adding a tenant (if you already have people) and that I don’t find it mobile phone friendly for doing a lot of work however short quick hit issues are great on the phone.

I was initially leaning toward BRRRR since the equity would give me a kickstart for that process.

I want to learn the ins and out of the financing process, and hoping to gain a better understanding of the market.

It is an intensive leasing process each year, from the advertising to handling inquiries, applications, showings, etc. 

Adding in court fees, attorney fees, no rent during the process, and any turnover expenses versus just eating the plumbing fee.
