They all use craigslist, so do I. 3 BR houses in the area rent for 1500-2000, the two times I've rented it I've had 20+ people interested.Looking at other craigslist advertisements on there I am constantly awed by people who 1) can't use a digital camera 2) don't post their 8 photos for free.

I imagine this would be great for tenants as you can give them this number rather than your personal cell number, and determine from the text if the sink is leaking into the downstairs unit, or if they saw a weed pop up in the lawn.Using technology to make being a landlord easier is always a good thing!
