I am guessing I made a mistake, because now I get multiple calls a day from mostly three different lenders: Rocket Mortgage, Loan Depot and I am not sure what the third is.They feel like salesmen, is there a catch with using them vs using a small bank or an established brick and mortar bank like BoA?

If rates are cut then home prices will sky rocket again like 2020 and 2021 due to very high demand today with very low inventory. 

I tried rocket mortgage but they seem to only want to deal with primary residence mortgages and not rental properties. 

Once someone takes Mars island it's over the area will sky rocket.

The reality is expenses sky rocket as well.
