Coffee: we get the gigantic cans from Sam's Club and then have our cleaners transfer it to a clear decorative jar so that it looks like fancy coffee when it's really just Sam's Club brand haha.

With how tight new construction homes are these days being 100% spray foam this isn’t the worst thing as far as the HVAC goes.

I specify, bring your vacuum, bathroom spray, trashbags, or whatever it is they will need.
