There was some misunderstanding here.

I received a phone call at approximately 11:00AM Saturday from a representative of your property management company letting me that there was a “misunderstanding” – I can only assume that I misunderstood that immediately meant whenever they felt like taking care of it. - After all I was told that it was “inconvenient” for them to have had to come back out here and move it.

I don’t disagree with the (very emphatic) live at home sentiment at all- and don’t misunderstand my comment to say you need to purchase a home for some perceived status. what I should have clarified is that there is no substitute for experience!

This is a misunderstanding. 

It is a common misunderstanding by folks that Reg D defines structure.

From an indiviual standpoint, perhaps the current national crisis does not appear to be that bad; but the ripple effect is yet to be felt and when people you know such as neighbors, relatives and friends begin to suffer the effects whether 3 to 7 years from now, surely you will know that you misunderstand/misstate the depth and magnitude that the greedy majority of ill-advised, under-educated irresponsible persons ; their ignorant and careless spending fueled on by the equally careless greedy, ill-advised, over-educated majority of government and corporate management.

Unless I misunderstand the meaning of this thread, have your rental requirements in writing, available on the internet (e.g. via written policy statements), and enforce them uniformly.

Also like to debunk hype, fud and misunderstandings when possible to help naive beginners from suffering unanticipated consequences.
