But all of the big ones like St Pete, Clearwater, Maderia have laws against it and they can crack down.That does not stop 100's of people from renting short term there, but I would hesitate to invest in a property like that which required short term rental to make any money.

Working your numbers backwards using a 50% expense ratio, the market lot rent needs to be above $210 to justify the price at a 10 CAP.I'm very hesitant to give any value to the homes here as that breakdown suggests they are little beat up.
