This subject has been beaten to death on BP several times.... will rocket to 10+ pages very quickly......You will get a few that absolutely swear it works better than just making extra payments on the mortgage..... you can show them all the math you want and they wont budge......but the majority on BP feel otherwiseMy opinion...... it can work.... but not any better than just making extra payments to the mortgage and is not even close to being worth the hassle to run the system to make it work.... so I passed
