Same thing goes for your written description.You could possibly be just outside of a common search range - sometimes going from $1500 to $1475 (and vice-versa) can work wonders.If you have time, take your listing down a couple days, then put it back up 4 or 5 days before a Sunday and advertise an open house.

You can't live your life by others' rules and expectations.What's right for you isn't right for everyone and vice versa.
