@Larry Fried You are right i didn't lose money but i lost time in the process and time is money i quit my job to do that full time and got screwed the first deal i've tried.

@Larry Fried ..Well Larry I am from nyc I can't afford any properties here yet I think fl it will be a good place to find cheap house to start the business. plus i have family there that can check on my properties if needed.

If you have good credit and cash just get with others like yourself and do straight up deals.....before you fry a snapse (brain damage...LOL).

It also helps that I replaced the stolen copper pipes with plastic.

and an open HELOC is just like an ATM in a way - just have to ask for money, and if there's any there you get it (and some HELOCs actually come with a plastic card that you can use just like other plastic cards!).

Turned out here, an approved container was a 15 mil plastic bag inside a cardboard box with all sides and top taled off with duct tape!
