and an open HELOC is just like an ATM in a way - just have to ask for money, and if there's any there you get it (and some HELOCs actually come with a plastic card that you can use just like other plastic cards!).

Turned out here, an approved container was a 15 mil plastic bag inside a cardboard box with all sides and top taled off with duct tape!
