@Chris Uhler  my dad taught me the business so at 18 with my RE license freshly minted.... we never talked to clients on the phone.. only to set an appointment.. top agents who try to prequel on the phone lose deal after deal.. to easy for the seller ( mark) to dismiss you.there is technique to working a seller in person as well. you must learn these techniques if your going to be successful...
