For 60% of the money, he is proposing 15% of the cash flow/profits to investors.Using the examples above, in an 80/20 split the investors should be getting 48% of the profit split and even in a 70/30 scenario, seems like investors should be getting 42%.Just want to make sure I'm not misunderstanding the metrics of the "typical" deal before getting back to him.
