It is a 2000 sq ft cottage-style home that was used as a residential home.

I am in NY state now, in my small cottage that is my primary residence, and I rent for summer season.

I have lived in a primary single family residence in Mansfield for 19 years, owned a lakefront cottage in New Hampshire for a couple of years (back in the late 2000s) that I rented out as a weekly vacation rental before selling it with a small profit a few weeks before my second child was born (not enough rentals scheduled during the last six months or so to cover the mortgage).

Back in my days based in Germany & France there were enclaves of these very small  summer 'cottages' used as get-aways as the majority lived in cramped apartments in the city.

Although I agreed with everyone's feedback that her proposition was slimy, I thought I would give it a try and told her I'd give her $2000 if my offer was accepted.In my mind I was only taking my maximum allowable offer and reducing it by $2000 to take her commission into consideration.Let me tell you what the $2000 cheese got me from the rat.

The business is changing from a cottage business to a middle level corporate business.

Cute little cottage, totally beat up, abused and abandoned.  

In 2022, we will begin planning/construction of our next building(s), which will either be memory care or independent living cottages.  

I've been going through it since and it has more holes than Swiss cheese.
