I feel like I don't go a day without seeing an article wondering how Gen Z will ever own homes - this and the cottage cluster concept seem like a good start.

We are toying with the idea of building some small summer rental cottages to rent out to tourists.

I think towns will have to work with landlords with medium term rentals for travel nurses as there is already a severe nursing shortage in the state and there have also been cases of travel nurses canceling contracts with Cottage Hospital (which is across the Connecticut River in New Hampshire) because they could not find housing.

The only assets they have is $10k and good credit.Personally I’ve always found lifestyles members to be total cheese bags.

So I see every one asking what to write on a yellow letter so I won't.Howevr I will ask a question about it coming from the other end.Every guru, swears by it and recommends it,  write I want to$ BUY $your house.....Me personally I find this cheese and not genuine.

Texas law is a little fuzzy about cottage industries, and the lease isn't specific about running a business from the home.

Even 2 BR cottages are over $1m.

I have lived in a primary single family residence in Mansfield for 19 years, owned a lakefront cottage in New Hampshire for a couple of years (back in the late 2000s) that I rented out as a weekly vacation rental before selling it with a small profit a few weeks before my second child was born (not enough rentals scheduled during the last six months or so to cover the mortgage).
