I'm finishing up a project right now that I bought for $32.5K and will put around $85K into it.I generally would like to have those numbers flipped for a lower rehab (as that is less risky) so a deal is a deal as long as you have the capacity to do the big jobs.- Over rehabbing: You have to look at each deal and figure out what level of finishes you need to get your ARV.
