If I pull cabinets out of higher end houses I buy at auction and put them in lower rentals my prices will be different.I understand you trying to figure it but most people negotiate from a value standpoint.

After looking at the property today, we saw that it needs new flooring in the kitchen and bathroom as well as new kitchen cabinets and appliances (it's a very small kitchen).

The radiator components are falling off, the window nets are slashed, and the kitchen cabinets are scratched and chipped.I have a security deposit ($1600) from the tenant, but I’m afraid this will not be enough to cover the damages.

Section off cabinets in kitchen so each person has their own cabinet area, and shelf in fridge..
