Hi - looking for contractor in Oakhurst, CA, to assist with remodeling of bathroom and kitchen, and painting the house (interior/exterior).

From flipping homes, to being in finance, interior design, and wholesaling.

Who knows what the interior is?

These are properties that have sold near the subject property with a similar: build/construction type, lot size, building size, interior condition, property type, year built.

The subject property is the only eyesore on the street, it appears to need mostly just cosmetic interior/exterior upgrades, and it basically pencils out at 7 units-- with an 8-unit conversion it will allow a refinance of most or all of invested cash within 2 years.

I am torn between pointing the rocks with hydraulic cement and dry locking versus having an interior waterproofing system installed.

Does anyone know any interior designers that would take on a rookie?

Completely gutted and rebuilt the entire interior.
