Maintenance, rent collection, communication all works better.A couple of things to consider if you looking at small complexes, stay away from elevators and common area inside halls as much as possible.

Do any residential property owners here generate extra income through placing ads (like in medium sized OOH billboards) inside their buildings like in the common rooms, mail rooms, laundry rooms, elevators, etc?

It’s so tall, it takes over one minute on its elevator to reach the top floor.

Right now there is storage above the washer and dryer, but its elevated and has 5 small cubes.  

Commercial property protests can be delayed due to be elevated to District Court but would not be the case in this scenario 

From a cost standpoint there are a ton of unknown variables:* How many elevators will there be?

For me the recession was "elevator music" at best, something in the background my ears heard and brain ignored. 

Even with these elevated prices I see 4-plexes in my area going for $1.1-1.2m and the homes are going for $600k-700k.

I have very defined criteria that must occur that elevates them to prospect status.

The small units with overcrowded corridors and elevators became very unpopular during covid and that seems to have remained.
