Why would someone want to give away profit to an investor is crazy...Its like having a 1,000,000 check and walking into the bank to cash it and the bank saying we cant cash that size of a check for 30 days and the persona holding the check saying can I sell you the rights to it for 100k and get money now and the bank saying we can do that but we can only give you 50k today and 50k when the check clears.

Again, I truly don't believe that anyone here is looking for a hand out of any kind and I do understand that no one is obligated to assist anyone but we are a community and as a community we shouldn't just give a person a comment and expect them to completely understand, especially if they are new.

If they are uncooperative you could always sell the lien and give the person a Quit Claim Deed against the property in case you do get deeded the property and some kind of agreement to give them any redemption checks you might receive.I know people who have transferred a tax lien in SC to another person.I am thinking about selling a tax lien I have on a lot I am going to get (spoke with current owners) before I am issued the Tax Deed.John

The individuals from these firms that speak to the tenants do not threaten, however their size (6'5" or more) and weight (300 pounds plus), facial scars, tatoos and overall persona convince all but the extremely stupid that leaving is a good idea.
