I knew tons of my friends get loan for the investment properties.I think you should get the loan with your own name and then transfer to a trust.Correct me if I mis-understand the whole situation.

The idea of paying taxes on gross income as opposed to net just seems wrong so there must be some misunderstanding.

@Zachary Bellinghausen  One issue that’s going to come back to bite a lot of sponsors (and their LPs) at this point in the cycle is their misunderstanding of exit cap rates.

@Michael Sepe that's a little on the high side for me, but every market is different, so, as some have said, you'll just want to grab comps.Like with sales agents, I think people misunderstand the operation of property management.

Realtors who don't specialize in working with investors will often misunderstand your requirements and get tired of working with someone who isn't going to make a quick, emotional decision over a super cute fireplace or kitchen backsplash or whatever.

Is the markets for commercial properties just that profitable or am I misunderstanding something?
