I'm just making sure that people here aren't getting information that is factually incorrect.The only two reasons you've provided so far are tax benefits and health insurance deductions.But, the first reason is factually incorrect (you get the exact same tax benefits from an LLC if elected to be taxed as a corp) and I know very few investors who have group health plans through their businesses, so any benefits deduction isn't consequential to most investors.And the biggest reason an LLC is preferred over a corporation is that the management headache is MUCH less.

Again you are making a passive aggressive assault and inference on Kiyosaki's information as being common sense knowledge "the sky is blue and sometimes grey", which I again call out as incorrect and not accurate as it is not common knowledge what so ever.

Account Closed if you think I write a book read some of Bill Gulley or Dion Depoli two of the most knowledgeable guys on this site... and in reading your post I don't put you in that category a lot of what I see you post is not that great of advice to down right incorrect.. but that's OK as you stated 75% of the people on here are learning like you are you will pick it up over time I am sure.
