In many cases, you can’t examine the property from the inside and have to guess on its interior condition.You can get stuck with a house filled with building violations and environmental hazards. 

The two most telling stats are vacancy rate and average net rent.

If you are having a hard time finding deals I recommend just taking a step back and examining what you have and see if you can just make your own deal.

Crime Stats: If it's an area that has a high number of violent type crimes, I just move on. 

But your tenant was concerned, and they did the right thing by contacting you and you did the right thing by getting someone out there to examine the issue.

A photo on your card, stories about your everyday life on Facebook all help market yourself as an agent and they showed stats on how well it works.

No profile photos or any other stats related to the thread, post or poster, just a bunch of words on a white background.  

Yes, we have a blanket Google Adwords code on all sites which is used to track aggregate data and to populate clients dashboard w/ their websites stats w/o them having to even know how to use Google Analytics (saving them tons of time and getting them the data they need w/o the hassle)... but in order to get data down to the keyword (especially for PPC) we have to have each site connected to the Google Webmaster tools account that is verified for that domain and the adwords account for it.

Any tips you folks have for which metrics to look at and how to find them is much appreciated. most cities chamber of commerce will have most of this.google will have it.and a good realtor in a market will have stats from MLS they can share. its all on line and very easy to find in a few clicks.. let me tell you if i can do it YOU CAN TO  thats a given.
