Besides, I already talked to my good friend Serge Shuhkat (Podcast 60) on the phone for an hour today, as well as spent an hour at lunch (while Patrisha was home with the kids) with the mystery caller.  

The listing agent then told me that there had been a murder in the house last year. (!) 

Intent to commit murder doesn't mean someone died, but guess what, they still get convicted.

So for me, that would probably include violent assaults, sexual crimes, murder, arson, most theft felonies, most drug trafficking felonies.

It made finding deals that could hit that number really tough - even during the boost - but it was still doable.And once I completed that next one, it really started to take the mystery out of investing and, with that financing, it really had me hooked to where I bumped my goal to 3 a year. 

People understand how the numbers work but there is an air of mystery regarding how to obtain the cashflow.

Sellers are not some mysterious alien creatures whose brains work completely opposite from ours.

My parents and I purchased a mobile home park 10 yrs ago that had an operating gang and a murder with the body dumped into our dumpster the night before we took over.
