My CoC sky rocketed when I took loans out and leveraged my way to 12 properties in 6 years.

(Would be a 1st time investor) The pandemic has sky rocketed purchase prices on retail & even distressed properties to an already lucrative market in New Jersey.

You didn't have to be a rocket scientist or expert stcokbroker to make $$$ inthe market during the past 7 years.

@Ryan Pearsn can't name drop in post here but I know the head for Rocket Mortg. for State of MN, if anyone knows Jef.... er "he" would know. 

I suspect it could be pretty good for MF given that the SFR homes have sky rocketed with all the out of state trophy buyers.. 

I'm moving back to Zillow rent manager for listing and screening tenants and rocket lawyer for leases and now on Baselane for bookkeeping and rent collection.

You hear a lot of people on BP ask about reputable TK companies and really, being reputable is easy, just don't cut corners on rehabs, stand by your product, provide good customer service and do what you say you are going to do, certainly not rocket science.

I've never used rocket skiptracing so I can't speak on that but we have tried a lot of other companies. 

I've used Associated Credit Union and Rocket Mortgage.

It's not rocket science maynge.
