I doubt (from reading your contributions) that your preference to focus / systematize is a reflection of your intelligence, it's probably more a preference of personality. :-)I'll be sure to keep everyone updated.

Investing whilst considering risk is intelligent, even when it's incorrect.  

It's nice when prospective tenants ask intelligent questions that demonstrate to me a level of maturity and responsibility.

However, as a newbie, I have been reading over the the ultimate beginner's guide to real estate investing that BP offers and I have been doing some other readings on my own and I know at my stage, having a firm financial intelligence foundation is of most importance.

There are no easy answers - but there are intelligent solutions.

There's a fine line between professional (good), and over-polished/artificial (bad).

If this scenario happened it would create much more intelligent buyers AND sellers.
